Since then, she has successfully supported developers and builders in large-scale projects such as the Domaine de la Vallée des Outardes, the West Project, the Domaine des Brises, Nautica, and the Domaine Port Lewis. She proudly represents renowned entrepreneurs, including Elli Construction and the Farand Group.
With multiple properties built and sold, Judy excels in the sale of land, single-family homes, condos, income properties, and luxury properties. Her strategic approach, hands-on expertise, and personalized service make her a valuable ally for large-scale real estate projects and property sales.

Jasmine Goupil has worked for over 15 years in the field of communications and public relations, notably within large companies such as TVA and Télé-Québec. With this experience, she founded her own consulting agency, where she assisted numerous clients in promoting their products and services.
Driven by a passion for real estate, Jasmine then turned to this field as a real estate broker. At 24, she bought her first duplex to live in, at 26 her second income property, and a few years later, she acquired her first house with the intention of executing a renovation project.
Having multiple skills, Andréa holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and has also worked in human resources for 5 years within a large company in the region. She places significant importance on human relationships, and this enriching professional experience has allowed her to develop empathetic listening with people and an ease in effectively identifying their needs.

Graduating in 2017 as a legal technician, Kim Lefebvre began her professional career in a bailiff's office, where she gained solid experience in file management and law. After several years in this field, she had the opportunity to join a notary's office, where she specialized in real estate law for nearly two years.
This experience allowed her to develop a deep expertise in this area, while maintaining a direct connection with clients. Her love for law and her passion for human relationships naturally drove her to deepen her knowledge by pursuing additional training, in order to combine her interests in real estate, law, and the human aspect of this profession.

As an integral member of the management team, she is also responsible for numerous internal special projects.

Djuna brings over 10 years of experience in managing and supporting various projects, both professionally and personally. With a background as an accounting technician, she has pursued several personal development courses, allowing her to combine rigor, strategic thinking, and kindness in everything she undertakes.
In her role within the Judy Pomminville Team, Djuna oversees internal operations, supports brokers on a daily basis, and works closely with the executive assistant. Always organized and composed, she knows how to handle unexpected situations and ensure the smooth progress of projects.

Dominique Vachon

Dominique Vachon is an assistant in the customer service department within the Pomminville Team. Known for her rigor, organization, and professionalism, she plays a key role in the smooth operation and customer experience.
With over 15 years of experience in administration, she notably worked at the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional Municipal Court as a fine collector and hearing clerk, then as a legal assistant at the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
Within the team, she ensures follow-up on requests, administrative coordination, and structured and personalized support for each client.
